Event Details

Whether your activism could improve things at your school or could have a global impact, it’s time to get creative, be bold and become a change-maker. Krista Suh, founder of the Pussyhat Project, took an idea and built a worldwide movement in just two months. But like many, she also knows what it is like to let fear stop her from living by her own rules. In this interactive workshop, she shares her strategies for finding your mission, honing your vision, getting rid of “idea squelchers,” and organizing for change. The leadership skills you will learn can be used on campus and off, in a grassroots campaign or online activism, and when advocating on behalf of yourself or others.
